Since 2005, in addition to his active work as an actor, Thomas has also worked in the business world, both private and public, where he has done everything from basic communication training and employee and leadership development to conflict management, organizational development and personal assertiveness training. In addition, he has also participated in film productions for use in organizational development and training in communication and conflict management.
Thomas trained as an actor at the internationally renowned Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London in 2000. He has appeared in a wide range of films and TV series both at home and abroad, including: Band of Brothers (HBO), Når Støvet har Lagt Sig (DR), Bedrag I and II (DR), Broen (DR) and Arvingerne (DR).
Taking advantage of the actor's craft and the skills used in the world of theater, Thomas arranges and facilitates training courses that, depending on the nature of the task, emphasize e.g. body language and communication, both as 1-on-1 training or in groups. This is carried out in a safe and entertaining environment.
Thomas collaborates with some of the leading people in the industry. He will therefore always be able to draw on the best people for a task or alternatively refer to them if he believes that a given situation requires this.

"Now say the line as I read it to you, dancing on your tongue"
Hamlet; act III, scene 2
By virtue of his classical training, where he was schooled by some of the Western world's greatest authorities in the field, Thomas is considered one of the country's leading Shakespeare experts. In addition to performing and winning awards for his Shakespeare performances, he has also taught the craft at the country's theater schools for a number of years.
The knowledge Thomas has in this area is directly transferred when he trains people in, for example, conversation training, body language or personal assertiveness.
